We believe in a healthy diet lots of fresh fruit and vegetables and organic food where possible so we have spent a lot of time to find out where we can source the best ingredients.

The 2.5-hour cooking class is a perfect way to learn how to cook Vietnamese food by hand for people who could not join full activities of Jolie Cooking Class. You could skip the garden farming, market visiting and making lantern. Then Jolie is welcoming you at her house and you join the cooking part only. Our friendly driver will bring you to Jolie’s house at 10.30 am when we are ready to start learning how to cook 4 of amazing foods.

10.00: Pick up at your accommodation.

10:15: Head to Jolie’s house where you will be served a welcome drink by the lovely Jolie. After that, listen to her stories about local life.

10.30: Time for cooking!!!

12.30: Enjoy your meals cooked by yourself.

13.00: Play guitar (if you can), then return to your accommodation via our free drop-off service.
